This comes from an Infographic entitled “Women at Work: Can Startups Level the Playing Field?“, which is based on compiled research from the University of North Carolina’s online MBA program. It provides some fodder for thought.

June Meeting — Lagarde Lake Lodge

by vtolbert on June 5, 2012

Lagarde Lake Lodge
Directions from Anniston (from Google Maps):
Hy 21 to Piedmont, left onto N Main Street for 0.1 mi., then right onto W Ladiga St. for 0.8 mi., then slight left onto Cedartown Road (Hy 278 E), go 2.9 miles and then right onto Cherokee County 607/Co Rd 607, destination will be on the left: 774 County Road 607, Piedmont, AL

(Connie added the following, editing by Vickie)
As you are coming into Piedmont on Hwy 21, turn left diagonally onto Hwy 200 (there’s an overpass and this bypass goes in front of Piedmont High School). Hwy 200 dead ends into Hwy 278, turn right and go to 4 way stop. Go left for @2(?) miles, then right onto Cherokee County 607/Co Rd 607, destination will be on the left: 774 County Road 607, Piedmont, AL

Some people may want to come Hwy 9 to Piedmont. They can just follow Hwy 9 until it intersects with 278 then turn right on 278 and go to the 4 way stop. Turn left on 278 toward Cedartown. Proceed for almost 2 miles and pass the Spring Garden General Store on left. Immediately look for County Rd 607 on right. We will have a Lagarde Lake Lodge sign at that right hand turn. Follow signs to Lodge.

If you get lost, anybody in Piedmont can tell you the way to John B. Lagarde’s place.
